Description

Fervo is working to build the most cost-effective, repeatable geothermal power plants in the world. Delivering on this mission requires disciplined execution not only in the field, but across financing, project development, and capital allocation. As Fervo scales, strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical rigor are essential to enabling growth while ensuring efficient deployment of capital.

The FP&A Associate will serve as a key contributor to Fervo’s financial planning and analysis function, supporting both project-level and corporate financial processes. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.

Success in this position means providing high-quality financial visibility across the organization — ensuring budgets and forecasts are accurate, variances are well understood, and leadership has the information needed to make timely, data-driven decisions. The FP&A Associate will play a critical role in strengthening financial discipline, improving reporting infrastructure, and enabling efficient capital deployment as the company scales.
