Job description
You will work closely with the founders and team at General Galactic as we build the spacecraft that will define the next era of space access. You’ll wear lots of hats and get hands-on experience across the full marketing spectrum, helping bring our mission and technology to life.
· Plan, create, and schedule content across all relevant social media platforms (X, LinkedIn)
· Capture original photo and video content
· Edit short-form video content for social and digital channels
· Design graphics, templates, and branded assets
· Monitor social media engagement and compile basic performance reports
· Support broader marketing projects and campaigns as needed
· Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
Requirements
Successful applicants should have most of the following:
· 0-2 years of experience in marketing, content, or a creative role
· Ability to shoot and deliver polished short-form video content independently, from capture to final edit
· Experience shooting in dynamic, uncontrolled environments
· Familiarity with social media platforms (X, LinkedIn)
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
· A genuine curiosity about space and hard tech
Your salary and incentives will be determined individually on the basis of the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base Range: $65,000 to $80,000/year + benefits + stock options plan
